How can an agent amend an AWB?

The AWB can be accessed by pressing the 'Find' button after inputting the AWB number. at the AWB completion interface. After amending the relative content, amendments can be saved after pressing the 'Update' button. After AWB completion, agents can not only amend booking applicant, routing, nature of goods, pieces, weight, volume and remarks but also amend, delete, or add booking segments at the booking after AWB completion interface.

Air Way Bills can be deleted by pressing the 'Delete' button after retrieving the AWB with 'Find' button. After AWB completion, agents can not only amend booking applicant, routing, nature of goods, pieces, weight, volume, remarks but also amend, delete, or add booking segments at the booking after AWB completion interface.

Press 'Achieving Reservation Directly' or 'Applying for Reservation' at booking before AWB completion interface, after inputting flight, date, booking origin, booking destination, AWB routing, AWB Number, special commodity code, pcs, weight, volume, nature of goods, booking agent, and remarks. Express Booking: Prior to booking, you can search for flight and space information ... then select the booking segment from the flight and the flight will be taken as the default booking flight directly.

At the AWB & booking inquiry interface, inquire by inputting the AWB number.  The shipping status of the AWB will be displayed at 'Shipping Status' column.
